How Long Until I Receive a Tracking Number?
Generally customers are notified of their tracking number(s) via email within 1-2 business days after receiving our order confirmation email unless otherwise noted in an email or on the product page at the time of purchase. Why Is My Tracking Number Not Working?
After receivingĀ your confirmation email containingĀ your tracking information, there tends to be a delay from the shipping company when updating the location of your order. As a result, it may display that the tracking number is invalid or incorrect, but do not be alarmed as this is completely normal. Please allow several business days to pass before trying to track your order again, at which point the item location should have an update.

Once you order fromĀ Pop Concept, you will be sent an email confirming the placement of your order through our website and a second email once your product(s) have been shipped from our warehouses. From there, you can click on the tracking number to track your order.
Alternatively, you can copy and paste your tracking number at 17track.net to track worldwide shipments. On 17track.net there is a button on the bottom-right of the screen to translate the language to your preference.
How Long Will it Take for my Order to Arrive?
Due to high demandĀ in conjunction with theĀ COVID-19 crisis, thereĀ mayĀ be unexpected and uncontrollable delays due to shipping companies prioritizing the shipment of health and medical products. This unfortunatelyĀ meansĀ that your product(s) may experience a delay in shipment as it is considered nonessential. We thankĀ you in advance for your patience!
It will usually take 5-15 business days for US orders to arrive once they are shipped unless stated otherwise on each product's respective product page. However, due to high order volume in combination with the pandemic,Ā there may be a 2-3 week delay for your order to arrive. For orders made outside of the United States, shipping times vary from 2-5 weeks. Generally, orders placed from the UK, most European countries, Australia, and the Netherlands reach customers in about 20+ days. These shipping times may vary from product to product depending; based on the demand and shipping location.
Why Did I Not Recieve All Items In My Order?
We currently ship from our various international facilitiesĀ located in the United States and Asia, so different items may come from different manufacturers that specialize in the build of your product. Due to differentĀ geographic locations from each respective facility, different items in your order may come at different times.
